Pay
- $12.00 - $15.00 hourly
- Weekly performance reviews(which can result in pay increases)

Responsibilities
- Learn the trade from experienced Technicians and Installers
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Accurately complete the tasks given to you
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Show up on time (Start time is 7:30 a.m.) and ready to work
- Must be agile and respond to change with a level head
- You must be physically able to climb stairs and ladders, and in and out of vehicles multiple times per day
- Not afraid to get dirty (crawl spaces, attics, etc...)
- Prepared to work in extreme temperatures. (hot and cold)

Job requirements
- No Experience Needed
- Knowledge of hand tools and what they are used for
- Above average communication skills
- Electrical or mechanical background isa plus
- Driver's License and an acceptable driving record
- Clean background check and able to pass a drug test
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
