as style teaching. Pure and simple - hitting a good golf shot is defined by the moment
of impact, thus Impact-Based Teaching is the answer to better golf.
In 2014, Bobby Clampett established Impact Zone Golf by creating Impact-Based
teaching, which has revolutionized golf instruction. As a two-time Fred Haskins Award
Winner, Three-Time First Team Collegiate All-American, PGA Tour Winner, PGA Master
Professional of Teaching and Coaching, California Golf, Utah Golf and Brigham Young
University Hall of Fame Member, and CBS golf broadcaster, Bobby Clampett is one of

JOB SUMMARY
Impact Zone Golf is recruiting to hire a motivated Staff Instructor to join the Naples Team.
The successful candidate is process driven with a strong passion for golf instruction,
learning and most importantly helping students develop, grow, and have fun. The ability
to listen, understand, evaluate, review and plan with clarity and effective communication
are key requirements for success.

This is a unique opportunity for a PGA Member or recent PGM graduate to become a
fulltime golf instructor and join a company that takes as much pride in developing Golf
Instructors as it does in golf instruction. We have developed the Impact Zone Golf
Instructor path to success for instructors so they can not only grow and develop as a
Teaching Professional, but also learn invaluable business skill sets to become a Business Manager the trusted golf advisor. Driving continuous improvement is a competitive edge
and remains at the core of how we operate - the Impact Zone Golf Operating Way.

Listed below are duties, responsibilities, and key attributes - which will be discussed and
reviewed during the interview process.
  • Strong passion for winning, while exceeding customer expectations doing your best, and working with a sense of urgency.
  • Process driven. Attention to detail commitment. Commitment to follow up.
  • Understands and can easily communicate the purpose and benefits of using technology to improve a students impact: launch monitors (Foresight,Trackman) video analysis (Swing Catalyst), and force plates (Swing Catalyst),along with other teaching aids.
  • Fully utilize Mindy Body and Coach Now - Impact Zone Golfs web based operating platform for Customer Tracking and Customer Engagement for long term improvement.
  • Work closely with the Impact Zone Golfs Operations Manager (Instructor Supervisor) and IZG coaches to successfully grow your lesson book.
  • Participate and support continuous improvement team events.
  • Understand, support, and implement the Impact Zone Golf Operating Way.
Compensation
  • $40,000 to $100,000 plus, uncapped
    • Lesson Rate
      • will be determined based on experience level
    • Hourly Rate
      • to support lesson down time as you build the lesson book
      • create and following up on leads to ensure you develop a strong data base of new and potential students

    • Based on:
      • student assessment closure rate
