We are currently seeking an Apartment Porter/Groundskeeper to join our team You will be responsible for maintaining the appearance of the property and other required tasks.


Responsibilities:

  1. Detail oriented
  2. Responsible for daily trash and upkeep of the apartment community
  3. Inspect lighting of interior and exterior of buildings
  4. Painting
  5. Power washing
  6. Cleaning and painting benches, poles and signs
  7. Maintaining the scrubs, trees and weeds
  8. Assist in Snow Removal
