Job Position Description:
Our Floor Maintenance Specialist position offers a flexible schedule, unique work environment each shift, & a career to be proud of.

We're looking for someone who can work as a team & assist in our project work, including (but not limited to):

- Floor Refinishing
- Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning
- Window Washing
- & More

Communication is a must Standard janitorial work can also be included in the bundle so you have definitive stability between slow seasons.

Physical Demands and Qualifications:
- The ability to work well independently & with others occasionally
- The ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- The ability to maintain confidentiality
- Skills in establishing & maintaining positive relationships with diverse tenants and staff
- Regular attendance, reliability, and punctuality
- Personal reliable transportation
- Valid Driver's License
- The ability to pass a background check
- Flexible schedule is a plus
