We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapy Assistant to support occupational therapists in providing therapeutic services to patients, helping them improve their daily living and working skills. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist occupational therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans.
  • Guide patients through therapeutic activities and exercises as directed by the occupational therapist.
  • Monitor and document patient progress and report findings to the supervising occupational therapist.
  • Educate patients and their families about therapeutic techniques and strategies for continued progress at home.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following safety protocols.
  • Prepare and maintain therapy equipment and materials.

Qualifications:
  • Associate’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
  • State licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
  • Certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
  • Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and rehabilitation practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
  • Amenable to work in an 8-hour shift for a 13-week contract.
  • Can start ASAP.
