Responsibilities:

  • Provide in house care to patients, focusing on personal needs and monitoring health conditions.
  • Administer patient care under RN supervision, ensuring adherence to their plan of care.
  • Educate patients and their families on health care, medications, and safety.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program with an active Tennessee LPN license.
  • Minimum of one year of nursing experience, preferably in home health.
