Welcome to Cutting Edge Irrigation & Lawns, LLC. Join us are our full-time Lawn Maintenance Lead. This full-time position offers a Monday through Friday schedule, with 8-hour shifts and weekend availability to ensure our clients' landscapes are always looking their best.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

As our Lawn Maintenance Lead, you'll kick-start your morning with a team huddle, discussing the day's objectives and delegating tasks to ensure maximum efficiency. You'll lead your crew in providing exceptional services, from mowing and trimming to equipment maintenance. And with safety as our top priority, you'll enforce our company's safety program, ensuring a secure work environment for all.

Here's what you need to become our Lawn Maintenance Lead:

  • Valid driver's license
  • 3+ years of experience in lawn maintenance

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
