Position Overview:

As a Car Care Specialist at Car Spa, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers' vehicles receive the highest standard of care and attention. Your primary responsibility will be to provide meticulous car detailing services, showcasing your expertise in cleaning, polishing, and restoring vehicles to their showroom glory. From exterior cleaning to interior revitalization, you will utilize your skills to deliver exceptional results and exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough car detailing services, including washing, waxing, polishing, and buffing, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Clean and restore vehicle interiors, including upholstery, carpets, and surfaces, using specialized techniques and products.
  • Utilize advanced cleaning tools and equipment to achieve outstanding results.
  • Apply protective coatings and sealants to preserve the vehicle's finish and protect against damage.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Stay updated on the latest car care products, techniques, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or vocational training in car detailing is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Car Care Specialist or similar role within the automotive industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of car detailing techniques, products, and equipment.
  • Proficiency in using various cleaning tools, polishers, buffers, and protective coatings.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
