  • Provide information and education to facilities/organizations and consumers about San Antonio Nurses Home Health
  • Develop, maintain and create relationships with physicians, discharge planners and case managers.
  • Regularly schedule and conduct visits to referring offices to offer assistance to patients who may qualify for home health services.
  • Maintain current knowledge of agency, market trends, coverage criteria and industry changes to ensure compliance with regulations
