Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic team in the telemetry unit. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality patient care and possess a strong understanding of telemetry practices.Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and interpret telemetry data to assess patient conditions.
2. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
3. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
4. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
5. Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families.Requirements:
1. Valid LVN/LPN license in the state of practice.
2. Proven experience working in a telemetry unit.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
