The Housing Manager will serve as frontline supervisor for social workers/case workers at CAC and will provide leadership on grant reports, training, communications and external relations. Their main duties include hiring, onboarding and coaching of staff; supervising a team of 4-10 staff members; managing a process to review, address, and respond to formal and information feedback, including complaints; assessing community needs and lead implementation of CAC program and services.
