AAA Heating & Air Conditioning is hiring an HVAC Sales Technician/ Lead Setter.

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a customer-focused individual with a sales mentality to join our team as an HVAC Service Technician / Lead Setter. In this role, you will be responsible for performing tune-ups, maintenance, and repairs on residential HVAC systems while also identifying sales opportunities and generating leads for our Comfort Advisors. This is a unique opportunity to be the first point of contact with our customers, set appointments, and facilitate the sales process as a two-person team with our Comfort Advisors.

Benefits:

  • Compensation $22 - $25 per hour DOE + 2% Commission on leads that sell, 5% on standard price book items, 9% on enhancement price book.
  • Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday 9am-5:30pm OR Monday - Friday 11:30am-8:00pm

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine tune-ups, maintenance, and repairs on residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork.
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, building rapport and trust while on-site.
  • Assess the condition of the customer's HVAC system and identify opportunities for upgrades or replacements.
  • Clearly communicate the benefits of upgrading or adding on to the customer's existing system, setting the stage for a sales conversation.
  • Schedule appointments with customers for Comfort Advisors to follow up on leads and provide further consultation and sales presentations.
  • Remain on-site after setting appointments to greet Comfort Advisors upon arrival and assist in facilitating the sales process as a two-person team.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information to customers about available products and services, including pricing and financing options.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service calls, and appointments scheduled.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth through lead generation and customer referrals.


Requirements:


  • Previous experience in HVAC service or maintenance is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with a desire to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
  • Technical proficiency in diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
