Works under minimal supervision performing basic housekeeping duties to provide a safe and clean environment for Kenneth Copeland Ministries’ team members and visitors. Part-Time- 30 hours per week.


PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Cleaning and restocking restrooms in various areas of the ministry
  • Sweeping and mopping floors
  • Vacuuming carpet using both standard size vacuum and “Big vac ”
  • Dusting all common areas and Supervisor’s and Director’s offices
  • Cleaning and vacuuming stairways
  • Cleaning Dining Room tables and vacuuming Dining room carpet
  • Clean second floor back hallway
  • May be required to fill in when someone is out of the department
  • Work overtime as needed
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor, Assistant Manager or Manager


Requirements:

EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous housekeeping experience is preferred


EQUIPMENT TO BE USED:

  • Vacuum cleaners and other cleaning equipment, chemicals and solvents


TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Requires normal range of hearing and vision
  • Must be able to pull, push, stand, sit, stoop, bend, reach, move, operate or carry equipment
  • Requires manual dexterity sufficient to use hand tools
  • Available to work overtime as needed


WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Work in an office environment performing housekeeping duties


OTHER:

  • Born again believer and must adhere to the doctrines of this organization as upheld by Kenneth and Gloria Copeland and their appointed representatives
  • Must work well with others, as a team and according to Romans 16:17, must not cause dissension, difficulties and divisions
  • Must maintain a good attendance record
  • Membership and attendance at EMIC are preferred
  • Because of the wide range of personal contact with ministry leaders within and outside the organization, this position requires considerable diplomacy, maturity, and excellent communication skills
