Licensed Practical Nurse (Day & Overnight) - Group Home Setting
Called to Care Residential Facility operates multiple Group Homes in the southwest valley that care for individuals with developmental disabilities. Our nurses work in tandem with Caregivers to aid our members in a myriad of ways; ranging from practicing habilitation goals to providing Total Care. Our Nurses are responsible for passing medication to our members and generally supervising the setting. Past experience working with DDD is a plus but it is not required With ambitions of expanding, we are eager to build a team of good-hearted people who enjoy caring for others. Come apply today

BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES

- passing medications as listed on Physician Orders + MAR

- communicating with members' visiting nurses to develop ideal treatment plans

- executing instructions given on Physician Orders

- assisting the caregiver in day-to-day household tasks

REQUIREMENTS

- ability to maintain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card and obtain a fingerprint card 7 day after hire.

- ability to maintain a valid Drivers License

- valid LPN licensure

- Negative TB results.

-Additional training: Article 9, Prevention and Support and CPR-must sign up 2 wk after employment.

-Notarized Criminal Affidavit Form-must have 7 days after employed.

SCHEDULE

Our days shifts are from 8 AM to 8 PM and our overnight shifts are from 8 PM to 8 AM. We are currently hiring for both of these shifts.
