THE PERKS

  • Excellent pay, for every hour worked ($42-56 including tips). Guests are prompted through our technology to leave a 20%+ tip when checking out, resulting in higher, more frequent tips.

  • 1 free Mid Squeeze (50-minute massage) a month

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Licensed/certified in your state 

  • Expertise in Swedish and Deep Tissue

  • Passionate about delivering a personalized massage and adjusting to your guest’s needs

  • Available to work at least 12 hours a week

  • Must be available to work at least one weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday)

MEET YOUR MANAGER, NINA LEWIS
I've worked in spa management since 2017 and am so excited to grow here at Squeeze with my team My management style is hands-on and encouraging, and I'm always happy to jump in and help wherever I can. I love to see my team members learn and grow, and I fully support my team members in finding their work-life balance. I like to do regular check-ins to make sure everyone is feeling their best and to see if there's anything I can do or provide for them.

Three words that describe our shop are supportive, positive, and fun. My goal is for our shop to be a place that my team genuinely enjoys coming to and a place where they have people who support them. If the team is happy and enjoying what they're doing, then everything else easily falls into place. My team would describe me as approachable, empathetic, and organized. My door is always open for questions, concerns, feedback, or just to chat

If I were a dog, I would be a pitbull or any bully breed. I know they're so misunderstood, but they are the sweetest, most goofy and affectionate dogs I've encountered Last fun fact: if I could pick any song for my walk-on music, it would be Plug in Baby by Muse (my all-time favorite band).
