At Ethos Risk Services, we're revolutionizing the insurance industry by ensuring patients receive the care they deserve. We're looking for a driven Registered Nurse Auditor located in Dallas, Fort Worth, or Houston, TX to join our growing team and play a vital role in upholding healthcare quality.

In this remote position, you'll:

  • Review medical records to ensure services billed are medically necessary
  • Utilize your clinical expertise to analyze and apply appropriate coding for accurate reimbursement
  • Craft clear and concise reports to support decisions on claims
  • Partner with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Contribute to a collaborative, results-oriented team environment

What you need to qualify:

  • A current and active RN or LPN license
  • 2+ years of experience as a medical certified coder
  • 2+ years of experience performing detailed nurse audits with Demand Liability and Workers' Compensation files
  • Previous experience with submission of Counter affidavits and performing depositions
  • Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
