Schedule: Monday to Thursday
Glenbrook Academy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate teacher to join Christian homeschool pod. This unique educational opportunity involves instructing a small group of about 5-6 children in a home-based setting. The approach is inspired by the Charlotte Mason educational philosophy, emphasizing rich literature, nature study, fine arts, and the formation of good habits.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons that align with the Charlotte Mason method.
Foster a nurturing, creative, and stimulating educational environment.
Conduct lessons that incorporate Scripture and Christian values.
Guide students through hands-on learning experiences in nature, art, and science.
Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
Collaborate with parents to ensure the educational needs of each child are met.

Requirements:
A strong faith and commitment to Christian education.
Familiarity with or willingness to learn and apply Charlotte Mason educational principles.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create a dynamic and engaging learning environment.
Experience in teaching or tutoring children is highly desirable but not mandatory.
Credentials in education are preferred but not required.

Training & Support:
The selected candidate will be provided with paid training specifically tailored to the Charlotte Mason method and integrating Christian teachings into the curriculum.
Ongoing support and resources will be available to ensure successful lesson planning and implementation.

Compensation:
