General Summary:  The Foreman is responsible for implementing projects from the beginning toward the end.

 

Core Areas of Responsibility:

  1. Responsible to work with Superintendents to ensure the quality and profitability of all assigned jobs.
  2. After a job is awarded, the Foreman is ultimately responsible for our coordinating projects to completion.

 

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  1. Has general knowledge of landscape construction operations.
  2. Able to deliver professionally written and verbal correspondences with customers, vendors and employees.
  3. Effective listening skills to understand what our customers are looking for as a contractor and/or a subcontractor.
  4. The ability to communicate the needs of our customers to our employees.
  5. Have a positive attitude when faced with challenges.
  6. Work in an organized and proactive manner.
