Job Description

The hourly pay rate for this position is starting at $18.00 per hour. The schedule is Full Time Tuesday to Saturday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

The Maintenance Tech is responsible for organizing and executing the general operating maintenance and repair of the community and physical plant.

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Electrical/Mechanical: Must be capable of following direction to make electrical repairs.
  • Plumbing: Must be capable of following direction to make plumbing repairs.
  • HVAC: Must be capable of following direction to make HVAC repairs. 
  • Structural: Must be capable of following direction to make structural repairs.
Qualifications

To be successful in this position, we believe that you need the following experiences, strengths, and skills:

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 1 year in a property maintenance position
