About the Role

After a record-breaking 2023, we’re actively seeking the addition of an EVP of Institutional Partnerships to build upon our success and reach new heights with a fresh perspective. 

The ideal candidate has a proven history of exceeding sales goals, strategic planning, and resiliency to the ever-changing market. 

They also possess an impressive network, containing strong business relationships with clients in commercial finance, factoring, ABL, and private equity markets.

The EVP of Partnerships will be responsible for expanding the company’s existing strategic partnerships and forming new ones.

The EVP of Institutional Partnerships will be responsible for expanding strategic partnerships and growing, leading the current team. 

Duties and Responsibilities include:
 

• Cultivate long term relationships with a vast network of strategic partnerships across the country including ABL’s, private equity sponsors, investment banks, attorneys, business bankers/consultants, etc. 
• Manage pipeline of current and prospective partnerships to grow business
• Motivate and incentivize current partners to remain engaged and send business
• Represent organization in various functions like conferences and tradeshows
• Prepare and communicate plans for additional business opportunities 
• Grow current successful initiatives and build on areas of opportunity
• Strategic Growth Plan 
• Team Leadership and Management

The ideal candidate will possess an impressive network containing strong business relationships in commercial finance, factoring, ABL and private equity, while having a proven history of exceeding sales goals and adjusting to the ever changing market. 

Qualifications:
 

• 15+ years of experience in business development managing high level strategic partnerships
• Proven success in relationship building and leading strategic initiatives
• Strong ability to influence and engage partners across a variety of industries
• Demonstrate strong analytical, problem solving, negotiating agreements, communication and creative skills
• Thorough understanding of the business and how to sell it to prospective partners
• Entrepreneurial and growth mindset, with strong attention to detail and steadfast commitment to excellence
