Job DescriptionJob Description

A well-established Real Estate Development and Property Management firm is looking to hire a Maintenance Technician Level 2 to join their TURN team in Manchester NH area.

A good candidate will have maintenance experience and a great attitude. Must have good knowledge in apartment maintenance including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting and general carpentry. Appliance repair is a plus. Ability to diagnose issues and must have own tools, vehicle and state issued driver's license.

Must be "on call" once every nine days.

Job Type: Full-time

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • On call
