Responsibilities:

• Customer Experience Specialist: Engage warmly with guests, uphold spa guidelines, and ensure unforgettable visits. Your aim is to make each guest feel exceptional and self-assured, especially for significant events.
• Haircare Expert: Keep updated on industry developments and training, deliver services that meet guest needs, and increase revenue through effective product recommendations and upselling.
• Proactive Management: Oversee inventory, procure supplies, and manage stock levels to bolster the team's performance.
• Team Assistance: Train new team members, conduct refresher courses, and facilitate communication between management and hair stylists.
• Professionalism: Provide top-notch service, sustain a hygienic work environment, handle transactions with courtesy, and adhere to safety and cleanliness standards consistently.
• Focus on Safety and Security: Adhere to safety procedures, promptly address concerns, and possess a valid massage therapist license. This role demands a dedication to customer care, proactive task management, and a commitment to upholding high standards of professionalism and safety.

$15 hourly + 30% commission

• Manage the daily operations of the salon in Fairport, NY, including creating staff schedules and overseeing inventory management.
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance salon revenue and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and care.
• Provide training and guidance to salon staff on service techniques, product knowledge, and company policies to maintain high standards.
• Uphold salon cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety regulations to guarantee a safe and welcoming environment.

• The ideal candidate for the Salon Lead position in Fairport, NY, US should possess a current license, with a preference for prior experience in customer service and/or the hotel industry.
• Previous lead or supervisory experience is advantageous, although not mandatory, while experience in wedding hair styling is a must.
• Physical requirements include the ability to work long hours standing, with occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds and frequent lifting of up to 10 pounds, along with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Candidates should be able to bend, stretch, twist, and reach easily, and be prepared to move quickly and adeptly if swift assistance is required.
