$18 - $20 hourly

• Assist carpenters in various construction tasks, such as measuring, cutting, and shaping wood, and assembling structures
• Carry and organize tools and materials on the job site
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Learn and follow safety guidelines and procedures
• Be willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed

• No previous experience is required; however, a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic are essential
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy materials and tools
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety
