MAG USA is a full-service supplier that designs, develops, and manufactures best-in-class products for the automotive industry. We are the market share leader in our product segment with a customer base that includes General Motors, Toyota, Stellantis, and Ford. We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor with tier-1 automotive experience, a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, excellent critical thinking capabilities, strong technical skills, and highly analytical.

Job Duties:

  • Supervises material handlers performing receiving, shipping, and in-plant material movement.
  • Manages customer container management systems.
  • Ensures shipping notices are sent according to customer requirements.
  • Trains new material handlers.
  • Manages forklift fleet including scheduling maintenance as needed.

Experience and Qualifications Required:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position in a fast-paced automated manufacturing environment in a tier-1 automotive supplier.
  • Minimum 2-year college degree or equivalent experience.
  • Working knowledge of IATF helpful.
  • Experience utilizing handheld scanners and barcode printers in inventory control activities.
  • Excellent communication, interaction, and leadership skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, WMS/ERP, and automotive customer portals.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve process issues.
  • Experience in problem-solving and continuous improvement.
