Responsibilities

Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers to schedule service appointments and provide updates on their vehicle status.

Service Coordination: Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of service requests.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service history, and vehicle details.

Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns and inquiries regarding service appointments and vehicle repairs.

Sales Support: Identify and recommend additional services based on customer needs and vehicle inspections.

Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customers are satisfied with their service experience and address any issues promptly and professionally.


Requirements

Experience: Previous experience in a service writer or customer service role within the automotive industry is preferred.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.

Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Customer Focus: Dedication to providing exceptional service and building long-lasting relationships with customers.

Team Player: Collaborative attitude, willingness to assist colleagues, and contribute to a positive work environment.

Knowledge: Basic understanding of automotive systems, parts, and terminology is a plus.
