Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Hospice Marketer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about promoting our services within the healthcare community, building strong relationships, and driving growth for our organization.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to generate referrals and increase admissions to our hospice and palliative care programs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, social workers, discharge planners, and other referral sources.
  • Educate healthcare providers and community organizations about our services, benefits, and eligibility criteria.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transitions for patients referred to our programs.
  • Track and analyze referral trends, market data, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Represent the organization at industry conferences, networking events, and community outreach programs.
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives, including revenue goals and admission quotas.


 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare marketing, with a focus on hospice or palliative care preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or marketing within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with healthcare professionals and community partners.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
