Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time Availability (Day, Evening, Overnight, and Weekend Availability)

Position Summary: As a Nursing Assistant / CNA with Legacy Home Care, you can grow with our top-rated, family-owned organization. We provide in-home care for clients around the Twin Cities area, meaning caregivers experience autonomy, flexibility, and fulfilling relationships with clients. Available work can be consistent or very flexible, ranging from part-time or full-time hours, with an array of hourly visits for daytime, evening, and overnight care. Help someone stay safe and comfortable at home

Pay & Perks:

  • $17 to $20 per Hour
  • Up to $2000 in Bonuses

  • Visit lengths between 3 to 12 hours

Responsibilities:

  • Drive to visit clients in their home for at least 2 hours at a time
  • Build rapport with older adult clientele through weekly visits
  • Assist clients with bathing, showering, and dressing
  • Assist clients with daily living activities and general household cleanliness
  • Provide hands-on cares such as transfers and therapeutic exercises

Qualifications:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Valid documentation to work in the U.S.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
  • Willing to drive to client homes within a reasonable distance from your address
  • 1+ year of prior direct caregiving experience OR CNA certification
  • Pass a multiple-choice caregiving knowledge quiz
  • Minimum availability of 10 hours per week and 1 weekend shift per month

  • Army: Combat Medic Specialist (68W)
  • Navy: Hospital Corpsman (HM)
  • Air Force: Aerospace Medical Service Specialist (4N0X1)
