Position Overview:

As the Vice President of Finance, you will be a crucial member of the executive team, responsible for overseeing all financial activities and strategies to drive the company's financial performance and growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will provide strategic leadership, guidance, and insights to ensure the company's financial health and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts aligned with the company's strategic objectives.

  • Full P&L Responsibility
  • Informed decision-making based on financial analytics and KPI's
  • Lead financial risk management activities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and collaborate with external partners, including auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions
  • Lead and develop a high-performing finance team
  • Oversee and ensure payroll functions
  • Have an urgent and proactive mindset to immediately take action on pushing the vision, functions, and delivery of the Accounting and Finance group.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in financial leadership roles in manufacturing
  • Proven track record of strategic financial planning, analysis, and management in a complex business environment.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and best practices, with the ability to interpret and apply them effectively.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner across the organization
  • Strategic mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing financial challenges and opportunities.
  • Experience with ERP is highly preferred
