Media Planner (Out of Home Focus)

We seek a Media Planner to join our team and create impactful and innovative Out of Home media campaigns for our clients. You will be responsible for working with senior members of the Media Group to help craft Out-of-home programs that accomplish key business outcomes for our clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with clients, media strategy and account teams to understand client's business goals and establish media objectives and strategies for campaigns.
• Leverage tools and research to develop insights and ideas.
• Managed out-of-home billing, contract renewal, program performance, and other aspects of out-of-home media.
• Implement the management of daily tasks in support of defined media goals and work with cross-functional teams to develop proposals and evaluations for defined campaign objectives.
• Develop and manage media documents, including media schedules and financials necessary to keep the project/campaign on track, on schedule, and within budget for the client.
• Assist with analysis and strategic insights from monthly performance data.
• Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• 2+ years of media planning experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Exposure across multiple consumer media types, including digital, national television, and other offline.
• Some prior experience in Out of Home media is a plus.
• Working knowledge of industry-standard media research tools (e.g., MRI-Simmons, Vivvix, Scarborough, DoMeda, etc.). Experience with Media Ocean is preferred
• Strong mathematical abilities.
• Willingness to contribute thinking and ideas that extend beyond media-specific tasks.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and can handle multiple tasks and prioritize.
• A team player with a curious, inquisitive mind.
