Description/Job Summary
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm, overtime as needed, including nights and weekends. MUST be able to work 12-hour night shift during harvest season.
Basic job Duties: Assist dryer manager with all aspects of facilities and personnel management, including proper use and maintenance of equipment, timely and accurate records of inbound receipts and outbound shipments, sanitation, and housekeeping. Personnel supervision will include maintaining a clean, safe and productive work environment while keeping accurate records of time worked for each employee. The supervisor will be responsible for upholding corporate policies and communicating any personnel or safety concerns with management to ensure compliance with labor law, OSHA and other regulatory standards.
Basic Qualifications:
Must possess basic math skills. (+,-,*./)
Must possess a valid driver's license with no citations in the last 12 months.
Must be over the age of 21.
Must be able to read, speak, write, and understand the English language fluently.
Must be willing and able to climb up to 200 ft.
Must be willing and able to bend, stoop, twist, turn, push, and pull throughout the day.
Must be willing and able to lift to 100 lbs.
Must be willing and able to use dust protection equipment.
Must be willing and able to work in adverse weather conditions for extended periods of time. (Heat, cold, humidity, rain, etc.)
Must be willing and able to work control panel.
Must be willing and able to ride a man lift.
Must have 3 years of on-the-job supervisory experience.
Must have 3 years of maintenance experience, which includes welding, cutting, and equipment repair.
Preferred:
Industrial equipment operator experience. (forklift, bobcat, etc.)
Heavy construction or maintenance experience is a plus.
