Our Regional Administrators are the face of our regional offices, ensuring seamless daily operations and providing exceptional administrative support. This role demands a dynamic individual capable of multi-tasking and excelling in various capacities, from greeting visitors and onboarding new employees to assisting in HR policy oversight and fulfilling general office manager duties.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Front Office Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
  • Manage the reception area, including greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.

2. Employee Onboarding and Orientation:
Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the organization.
Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new hires with office policies, procedures, and culture.


3. Administrative Support:
Assist in the day-to-day administrative activities to support regional operations.
Coordinate with the corporate office to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate records and documentation as required.


4. Utility Player:
Step in to fill various roles and responsibilities as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Provide support across different departments to ensure operational efficiency.


5. Office Management:
Oversee general office duties, including supply ordering, equipment maintenance, and ensuring the office environment is well-maintained.
Manage office supplies, inventory, and ensure the availability of necessary materials and resources.
Ensure common areas, including kitchen and meeting rooms, are tidy and well-stocked (e.g., coffee, snacks).


6. Human Resources Support:
Assist in implementing and overseeing HR policies at the regional level.
Support employee relations and help address any HR-related inquiries or issues.
