Responsibilities
- Field telephone calls
- Receive and direct visitors
- Perform customer check ins and orientations
- Maintain and coordinate schedules, appointments, and calendars
- Create spreadsheets, presentations, and marketing materials
- Maintain an organized filing system
- Enter data into reports and/or reservations as needed
- Create email and postal mail campaigns
- Other tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to organize and create orderly systems
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Must be able to work individually as well as in a team setting
- Experienced in technology including Microsoft office, Outlook, Google, and general office tech
- Experience with powersport machines including ATVs, UTVs, boats, jet skis, golf carts, and snowmobiles is a PLUS but not necessary
