This position is full-time, 100% on-site in Fishers five days per week, and operates in a 24/7 environment. Therefore, the Technology Service Infrastructure Specialist must live in the Indianapolis area and be flexible as needs require.
The Technology Service Infrastructure Specialist will handle all technology infrastructure tasks assigned by configuring and installing software applications, security systems, and mobile devices. In addition, the Technology Service Infrastructure Specialist will ensure compliance with technical requirements, applicable standards, legal specifications, and procedures in order to meet performance and service level requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and monitor industrial and geographical networks to ensure effective industrial data management, performance, data integrity, network security, and disaster recovery, while maintaining business continuity.
- Assess current technology and infrastructure, identifying areas for improvement to algin with applicable standards, regulatory requirements, and company guidelines.
- Assist end users in defining requirements for access control security and video surveillance systems.
- Select, install, and document access control and video surveillance systems.
- Assess the current state of industrial applications and identify areas for improvement.
- Propose updates for approval and share best practices across locations to ensure compliance and alignment.
- Develop software and hardware requirements, functional specifications, and monitor performance levels for assigned projects.
- Manage all project phases: feasibility studies, cost estimation, tendering, installation, testing, commissioning, and validation.
- Identify and resolve critical issues, implementing preventive and corrective actions.
- Ensure accurate documentation, robust implementation, and compliance with technical, legal, and procedural standards. Provide technical support and documentation during procurement, contract definition, and execution phases.
Experience:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in Technology Infrastructure Management within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience of design, installation, and maintenance processes, features, techniques, and applications.
- Knowledge of Pharma production processes, features, techniques, tools, and standards.
- Expertise in data analysis, performance operations metrics, and related methodologies and tools.
- Knowledge of applicable standards and regulatory requirements, including ISO, cGMP, FDA CFRs, and PMDA.
- Understanding of applicable legal requirements and specifications.
- Proven knowledge of Quality Management System processes and features.
