RestoreCore is seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising multiple crews on commercial and residential projects, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage day-to-day operations, including ensuring that all necessary materials are on-site to prevent job delays, and handling the electrical tie-ins for air handlers and condensers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead multiple HVAC crews on commercial and residential job sites.
• Ensure that all materials and equipment are available on-site to avoid any job delays.
• Perform electrical tie-ins for air handlers and condensers and proper refrigerant charging of units.
• Oversee and participate in the installation of commercial ductwork, ensuring compliance with SMACNA standards.
• Ensure all work meets or exceeds safety standards and company quality expectations.
• Coordinate with project managers and other trades to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion.
• Provide training and guidance to crew members to enhance their skills and productivity.
• Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple crews and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Must be able to pass background checks, drug screenings and obtain military base access.
