Job DescriptionJob DescriptionLight Accessory Installation Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, in partnership with a prominent automtove manufacturer in the Lafayette, IN area, is seeking light accessory installers to join their team This is a climate-controlled facility offering a wide range of perks such as full benefits, 401K, and profit sharingLight Accessory Installation Job Summary:
  • Pay: $17-18 an hour
  • Shifts Available:
    • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM-2:30 PM Mon-Fri
    • 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM-10:00 PM Mon-Fri
    • 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM-6:00 AM Sun-Thurs
  • Installs specified vehicle accessories while maintaining high quality/ efficiency standards
  • Takes appropriate precautionary measures to avoid damaging vehicles and/or accessories and reports any damage immediately to supervisor
  • Troubleshoots installation discrepancies and makes necessary repairs to comply with installation procedures
Light Accessory Installation Qualifications:
  • Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to read and interpret detailed technical directions
  • Must be able to squat, kneel, bend, climb and lift
  • Must be able to operate standard and automatic transmission vehicles
  • Must be able to work overtime as needed
  • Must have proficient skills with operating vehicles safely.
  • Valid Drivers’ License and no more than 3 driving infractions in last 3 years
