Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

• Amazon Logistics Specialist will report to the Operations Manager.
• Act as a liaison between Greenworks Outbound departments and Amazon.
• Improve the flow of outbound Amazon logistics utilizing frequent communication with Amazon subject matter experts (SME).
• Notify Outbound leadership of any Amazon shipping guide changes or errors.
• Act as a primary resolution source for Amazon shipping delays.
• Proactively lead improvement efforts in Amazon logistics processes.
• Escalate all Amazon Vendor Central routed freight to proper parties when delays occur.
• Assist in maintaining accurate master data to ensure shipping accuracy when orders are dropped as full truck loads.
• Monitor EDI feed between Amazon and Greenworks to ensure all ARN and ASN transmission are submitted daily.
• Partner with EDI IT team to resolve issues when errors are observed.
• Serve as point of contact for all Greenworks Amazon logistics needs for all 3 Greenworks North America warehouses.
• Manages communication with 3rd party shippers to maintain dock efficiency in accordance with Amazon routing guides.

Required Skills and Experience:
