Target Starting Day: 6/3/2024.

Engagement Length: 30 months

Daily Hours: 8:30am - 5pm (HYBRID Telecommuting option available)

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Delmar, NY. The ideal candidate will have extensive industry experience and the ability to provide guidance to large teams. The Project Manager will work with Justice Center Business Units and external stakeholders from State Oversight Agencies to plan, organize, and implement Vulnerable Persons Central Registry (VPCR) initiatives, including enterprise change management, to ensure desired project outcomes are achieved.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop project artifacts.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings to elicit feedback.
  • Elicit requirements from stakeholders.
  • Facilitate/Participate in JAD sessions.
  • Track and report project status.
  • Communication and reporting
  • Risk and issue management.
  • Scope management
  • Enterprise change management.
  • Develop project business cases.
  • Perform other project management tasks as needed.
