Facility Mechanical Technician

The Building Maintenance Technician provides hands-on service plumber for facilities maintenance. The Plumbing Maintenance Technician contribute to the minor and major facility improvements, renovations, upkeep of new and old facilities, and mechanical systems.

  Responsibilities:

• Ensure all plumbing assets are in good working order

• Complete work orders and preventive maintenance in a timely manner using asset management software. (Limble)

• Perform all tasks required for the plumbing maintenance and operation of a commercial building.

Preferred Skills/Experience (Experience in all items below is not required):

• Preventative Maintenance 

• Plumbing including heating/cooling circulation, domestic water, and various pump

• Boilers

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED

• Technical training is preferred

• Proficient use of general power and hand tools

• Ability to identify, diagnose, and repair issues

• Highest standards of quality and attention to detail 

• Ability to communicate issues to management

• Valid Drivers License
