Skillforce Inc. is currently hiring for a Manual Machinist in Louisa, VA. The Manual Machinist is responsible for operating manual machines to produce high quality parts. The ideal Manual Machinity has at least 2 years experience. Pay is $28 - $32 based on skillset and experience.

Manual Machinist Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently and consistently provide high quality accurate parts
  • Program and operate manual lathes, mills, drill press and other equipment
  • Read and interpret shop drawings
  • Adhere to safety standards and protocols within an industrial setting

Manual Machinist Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience as a manual machinist
  • Interpret show drawings
  • Able to lift 50+ pounds as needed

Salary/Schedule

  • $28 - $32 hour Pay based on skillset and experience
  • 1st shift
  • Monday - Friday
  • Saturdays and overtime as needed
