We are Springfield's premier plumbing service company, specializing in both residential and commercial projects. As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a skilled Plumbing Estimator to join our team and assist in preparing bids for various plumbing projects.

Job Summary: The Plumbing Estimator will be responsible for accurately assessing project requirements, including equipment, labor, and materials, to prepare timely and competitive estimates for commercial jobs. This role requires proficiency in reading technical drawings and documents, effective communication with clients and contractors, and collaboration with our internal staff to ensure project success.

Requirements:

· Experience with estimating software programs such as Procore, Building Connect, Fats Pipe, etc.

· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

· Strong communication skills for client and contractor interactions, including pricing for change orders

· Ability to collaborate effectively with team members

· High attention to detail

· High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Skills / Experience:

· Minimum of 2 years of estimating experience in the plumbing trade

Responsibilities:

· Prepare accurate estimates for commercial plumbing projects

· Read and interpret technical drawings and documents

· Communicate effectively with clients and contractors

· Collaborate with internal staff to support project requirements

· Perform other duties as assigned by management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
