Vaxxinova US is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team in Worthington, Minnesota.

About the Warehouse Associate Role:

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for maintaining raw goods and supply goods inventories in an orderly fashion in the warehouse facility. In addition, this role is also responsible for planning and making timely deliveries between production, diagnostic and warehouse facilities.

Shift: Monday to 7:30am to 5:00pm (9 hours), Friday 7:30am to noon (4 hours)

Summary of Responsibilities of Warehouse Associate:

  • Assist in conducting monthly physical inventories.
  • Maintain warehouse facility and delivery vehicles in a clean condition.
  • Be responsible for the unloading of raw goods delivered to the warehouse.
  • Receiving and creating purchase orders in the Great Plains system.
  • Assist as a back-up in the shipping department when necessary.
  • Deliver products to our office in Willmar at minimum once per week, using company provided van
  • Completes other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Capabilities of Warehouse Associate:

  • Strong communication skills required including written, verbal and listening to effectively interact with others
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize work and meet deadlines
  • Be able to lift at least 50 lbs. and be able to bend and twist while lifting
  • Able to operate a forklift (will train)
  • Ability to use a computer for data entry in the Great Plains system

Experience/Educational Requirements:

  • High School Diploma.
  • Must hold a valid U.S. driver’s license.
