Personnel Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Library and Information Science, Data Science, or equivalent experience plus a minimum of 10 years of design and delivery experience implementing an enterprise metadata management program.
• Experience in metadata management using tools such as Collibra.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across business and technology.
• Ability to facilitate and lead meetings with stakeholders from both business and technology domains.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with DCAT-US standard and other metadata standards.
• Certification in data management and or data governance methodology such as DCAM, DAMA, CDMP, and CDMC.

Capabilities

• Intermediate level qualifications and capabilities per Section 3.9.2.1.
• Coordinate with business and technical data stewards from different business domains and functional organizations, to manage data elements, metadata, and processes to drive consistent data governance, data classification, and data quality across the enterprise so that data consumers and producers can find, securely access, and use data more effectively and confidently.
