However, this role does require experience at the General Manager or AGM level in either an upscale service driven restaurant setting or elevated boutique catering & events company. Our ideal candidate has at least
two years of management experience in off-premise catering or food delivery operations. Additional experience in restaurant management is preferred.

The General Manager is a leader before anything else. They are someone who inspires and motivates their team. They challenge their team and reward them as well. Responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day off-premise catering operations, assisting in staff training and education, and looking everyday at our current operations and seeing how we can work smarter, cleaner, faster, more precise, and at a higher level.
