(including, but not limited to, posting on social media, meeting with recruiters and sourcing referrals). Ensure each clinic within the region has a strong LD who can drive the performance of the clinic.

  • Strategize and work closely with LDs to ensure PCC and clinician staffing matches expected patient booking demand within a location while driving optimal labor and schedule utilization.

  • Utilize DOMO and KPI tools to track and monitor regional YOY sales, same store sales growth, category sales, treatment statistics, average ticket size and in clinic conversion to establish location goals and drive top-line performance.

  • Partner with Operations and Finance to track overtime hours, time and attendance, staff/schedule utilization, inventory management and 4-wall expenses to ensure productivity and efficiency.

  • Monitor new patient vs return patient stats, outbound call productivity, survey results, Yelp/Google ratings, NPS & overall friendliness scores to facilitate positive patient experience across locations.

  • Take a hands-on approach to mentoring Location Directors to drive in-clinic sales and in-clinic same store sales growth. Expected to work in-clinic min 5 days per week depending on business needs and performance. Ie: RD will spend more time in a location struggling to meet sales goals. If a location does not have an LD, RD will serve as “acting LD” until the LD position is filled.

  • Leader by Example: Exhibits leadership through actions. Adopts a hands-on approach, actively showing others how to drive sales, manage operations, and deliver excellent patient experiences.

  • Commercially and Operationally Sound: Motivated by performance metrics (e.g., same store sales, conversion, average ticket, treatment volume) with a strong understanding of operations, processes, and organizational structure to positively impact top line and 4-wall margin.

  • Strong Management and Mentorship Qualities: willingness to effectively listen and guide teams to create a strong team culture and unified goals but still hold all teams accountable for performance and adherence to LaserAway values

Strategy and Planning Orientation: ability to create a credible regional strategy and establish a tactical plan to execute against that strategy in broader framework of the strategic vision set forth by the leadership team

LaserAway offers a generous pay structure with additional earning potential through performance review. Additional benefits include (but not limited to):

  • Healthcare benefits

  • Dental, Vision, and 401(k)
