The Real Estate Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for communicating, negotiating, and buying properties from sellers. We’re looking for a driven real estate professional to manage contracts throughout the entire home-buying process in this fast-paced, rapidly growing organization. It is the responsibility of this position to communicate in a timely fashion and ultimately negotiate the purchase of properties.

You’ll hunt, prepare offers, close deals, and ensure each transaction is smooth and successful. This will take place through various means - email, text, phone calls, and/or in-person meetings. This lucrative position is instrumental in the growth and success of Acts Homes and we will provide the tools and support you need to perform at your best. The ideal candidate is a talented customer service professional who is persuasive, confident, detail-oriented and knows how to build long-term relationships.

Success in this position requires someone who is extremely well-organized and has superb communication skills.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Manage and facilitate successful acquisition activity
  • Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed
  • Respond to all leads on time to drive the business forward
  • Follow up on properties according to established procedures
  • Help to develop and implement improvement strategies to maximize the organization’s acquisition of properties
  • Constant monitoring of available properties, and status along the sales process
  • Develop strong business relationships with sellers for maximum results and revenue
  • Provide weekly reports of all sales activity
  • Work with the entire team, utilize tools and analytics to guide pricing strategy to maximize profitable growth
  • Enter all relevant information and notes into the company CRM daily
  • Close a minimum of 8 transactions monthly

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed
  • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments
  • Exceptional in long-term relationship-building
  • Results/goals orientated
  • Financially driven with a motive to earn
  • Natural sales ability with attention to detail
  • Must hold a State of Wisconsin real estate license
  • 2+ years experience working in a real estate office
  • Proficient in Google Docs, and Microsoft Office and with the aptitude to learn new software and systems

Preferred Skills and Qualifications
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in real estate or a related field desired
  • Experience with Salesforce (CRM) software
  • Experience with transaction management software
