**Job Description:**
Quality Life Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing the needs of individuals, developing behavior support plans, providing on-site supervision, and conducting team meetings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychology, special education, counseling, social work, education, applied behavior analysis, or gerontology.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assess the behavioral needs of individuals through comprehensive evaluations.
- Develop and implement behavior support plans tailored to each individual's unique needs and goals.
- Provide on-site supervision to ensure the effective implementation of behavior support plans.
- Conduct team meetings to review progress, address concerns, and modify plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with other members of the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care and support.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of assessments, interventions, and progress notes.

**Job Qualifications:**
1. Master's Degree or higher in Psychology, Special Education, Counseling, Social Work, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or Gerontology.
2. PA Behavior Specialist License.
3. Bachelor's Degree and work under the supervision of a professional who has a Master's Degree in Psychology, Special Education, Counseling, Social Work, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or Gerontology, or who is a licensed psychiatrist, psychologist, professional counselor, social worker (master's level or higher) or who has a PA Behavior Specialist License.
