Status Options:
- Part Time - working up to 30 hours per week
- Part-Time - working 16 hours per week
- Part Time - working Saturdays ONLY
Shift: Days (7:30am - 3:30pm)

The Bistro Server supports our mission and values by providing excellent customer service to patrons while taking orders, preparing and/or assembling light fare, cleaning, and utilizing the cash register in a team based environment.
The Bistro Server's primary responsibilities include:
- Greet guests as they enter Bistro or Pub.
- Process customer transactions and maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout shift and be able to account for any and all discrepancies in the final drawer tally.
- Assemble and deliver food and beverage order to customers quickly and efficiently.
- Prepare products quickly and accurately, while following all preparation, health and safety standards and guidelines.
- Operate and maintain food/drink/treat related equipment properly and safely.
- Complete assigned prep work for stocking and set up of work area.
- Stock and execute proper rotation of products.
- Wash counters, tables, trash receptacles, gather trash and remove from dining/service areas to proper receptacle, sweep, mop, stock and other cleaning tasks.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in the Pub when needed.
- Present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding menu and beverage items.
- Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar and dining area including tables, counters, sinks, utensils, shelves and storage areas.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested by supervisor.
What do I need for this role?
- At least 16 years of age (work permit required for employees under the age of 18).
- Prior Food Service experience is preferred.
