EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Licensed/certified in your state 

  • Expertise in Swedish and Deep Tissue

  • Passionate about delivering a personalized massage and adjusting to your guest’s needs

  • Available to work at least 12 hours a week

  • Must be available to work at least one weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday)

THE PERKS

  • Excellent pay, for every hour worked ($38-52 including tips). Guests are prompted through our technology to leave a 20%+ tip when checking out, resulting in higher, more frequent tips.

  • Paid Sick Leave

  • 1 free Mid Squeeze (50-minute massage) a month

  • At Squeeze, all add-ons are complimentary. That means no quotas or upselling

  • Continuing Education stipend up to $200 per year

  • Annual performance raises ($1/year)

  • Flexible schedules & number of hours worked (4, 6, or 8 hour shifts)
