About Our CNC Mill Machinist

Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with strong multitasking skills and attention to detail. Accuracy and precision are essential to success in this role. If you have a talent for efficiency and are passionate about learning our products, this is the position for you

Responsibilities

• Set up and run CNC Mill machines

• Plan and implement necessary operations to machine raw materials and meet precise specifications
• Clean and lubricate machines, tools, and other work equipment to ensure efficient operation and prevent damage
• Observe part security and monitor performance of machines; report any discrepancies or malfunctions to department leadership as they occur

• Attention to Detail: Make a conscious effort to focus on quality and safety; ensure specifications are met and use good judgment to determine workflow sequences

Qualifications

• Experience operating Mill machines
• Knowledge of performing basic offsets and complete setups
• Comfortable with various materials including aluminum, carbon steel, stainless steel, titanium, and nickel alloy
• Experience with automation, SolidWorks, and Esprit software is a plus
• High School diploma or equivalent; supplemented with technical courses in a related field preferred
