The Job: Our Maintenance Technicians must be willing and able to learn quickly in a fast-paced, team environment. Maintenance Technicians may work with any of the following:
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- Carpentry
- Drywall
- Painting
- Appliances
- Exterior structures
- Swimming pools
- General Maintenance
- Customer Service
The Details: Our Service Technicians should have:
- Own a set of basic tools for maintenance work.
- Industry experience
- Team player
- CPO & EPA certifications.
- Previous maintenance experience required.
- Must be able to work outside in varying weather conditions.
- Must be able to lift and move large or heavy items.
- Must be able to walk the property and climb stairs regularly.
- This role will consist primarily of grounds-keeping, trash servicing, and other exterior projects.
- Must be willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Must be able to work on a team and collaborate with others.
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8 am - 5 pm
